Over reading week i produced this poster for what is a line.....
After finishing it i decided that i preferred my original animal illustrations which I now want to take into screen print to make some wrapping paper/wallpaper animal medley! funtimes

Ok so looking at the what is a line brief my new direction is to produce illustrations as I feel that this project should include some as I have been mainly focusing on type this year and I love drawing.
Below are my latest illustrations for this brief. I want to take these further by screenprinting them in a line.

Lovely Woodblock

I went to the print room on Friday and I used woodblock, It is brilliant and I made two posters that show a few chapters in the the soon to be book on second hand items bought in my local area.

Out with the new

This is a mock up of my book documenting what I have so far for my brief on 100 second hand items in and around my local area (Stockport). The book came out pretty well I typewrtted it all and all of the paper was second hand. I entitled the book, 'Out with the new.'

Mini Books

Just a some little books I made, they have no real use but hey. I am looking at different binding techniques.

this is a sketch book i made which fits in to the,'what is a book' brief and out christmas 100 project. The book has been made using the 100th page of the books that a collected from charity shops. Its pretty useless but it looks nice.

This end product for the typogateaux took way to much time, it turned out ok, i don't think ill bake for a while, i always thought i could bake but the first cake sank so maybe im not very good at the whole cake baking thing.

Red Eye

These are my final 10 images for the alphabet soup brief we got exploring the colour we were given. I like the colour red a little better now..

RED eye

These are two more worksheets from the red eye brief, I have taken the letterpress font that I used in an earlier project. I have narrowed down what elements of red eye i am going to use for the final outcomes.
